Have you noticed this new button on your Facebook business page?
In December, Facebook rolled out a new Call to Action Feature which helps pages drive their business goals, whether it’s selling or attracting new business. There are 7 different “Call to Actions” you can implement:
You can only choose one button at a time, though you can swap them at any time. For instance, this week you may want “Contact Us,” next week you may want to highlight “Shop Now.” After you select which option is right for you, Facebook then allows you to enter in the website address of your business that will direct your traffic there.
However, you should already have your website in your “About” section, you do, don’t you? If not, fix that while you are at it as well.
I found it interesting that there was an option to send iOS and Android users to different URLs or even apps!
This feature should be worldwide as of today. Businesses are reporting a positive impact utilizing this simple, easy feature. Dollar Shave Club, who have been trialing the buttons, say that adding a “Sign Up” button converted 2.5x more users than previously.
